By means of this tank the cream is pasteurised and decreased to maturing temperature. Culture is added at this temperature and maturing is continued. Cream Pasteurisation and Maturing Tank; features steam heating; while also enables cooling by means of the water given from the steam layer. Having a conical outer enclosure, the tank enables free flow of the cream. Capacity: 250 – 1000 KG
